Refund and Cancellation Policy

Return and Cancellation Policy for 3D-Edem

This Policy applies to all products listed on the domains 3d-edem.com.

1. Grounds for refund
   A refund is available only if the purchased digital Model materially does not correspond to its description on the product page.

2. Exclusions from the right to a refund
   Refund requests will not be considered in the following cases:

   • the Buyer changed their mind;
   • the purchase was made by mistake;
   • the Buyer lacks the necessary skills to use the Model;
   • the Model is no longer available due to its removal from the site database.

3. Procedure for claims of nonconformity
   If the Buyer believes the Model does not match its description, the Buyer must specify in detail the exact discrepancies. A refund will be issued only if 3D-Edem is unable to provide a Model that conforms to the stated description.

4. Form of submitting a request
   A refund request must be submitted via the feedback form in the user’s personal account.

5. Waiver of the 14‑day withdrawal right
   By agreeing to this Policy, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that they waive their 14‑day right of withdrawal with respect to digital content (the Model) provided under general rules on distance selling.
