Rights to Use Models
A Model may not be sold, transferred, or distributed to another person or organization in the form in which it was downloaded from the Site.
The license to use is strictly limited to the included Model. Any distribution or sale of a Model that is not an Incorporated product is prohibited.
Permitted uses include:
- creating static and animated images;
- integrating into video games, simulators, or virtual worlds as part of visual content, provided that end users cannot save the Model separately from the product;
- producing printed merchandise (T‑shirts, posters, souvenirs, etc.);
- using the Model as a component of physical products (toys, mockups, decorative objects).
If the Model is used in software products, the Licensee must apply all reasonable technical measures to prevent end users from accessing the original Model file. Such measures may include:
- using platform‑specific protected formats (e.g., formats for Xbox, PlayStation);
- employing proprietary product formats;
- storing data in protected or password‑protected databases;
- encrypting Model files.
The license does not grant the right to sell or distribute the Model separately from an Incorporated product.
